Leaving your comfort zone ultimately helps you create just the right amount of good stress, which can enhance your pace, focus, creativity, and drive. When you step outside of your comfort zone, you develop a better and healthier way to cope with change. Life is constantly transitioning, and these changes inevitably transform you.
Although stepping out of your comfort zone can often be a fearful experience, it’s important to remember that fear exists to remind you that you are on the path to growth. While having more room to grow can be overwhelming and intimidating, the transformation you undergo is worth it.
I’ve often found that everything I am seeking is just one step outside my comfort zone. Yes, it’s easy to ask the question, “What can go wrong?” But this also provides an opportunity to ask, “What can go right?”
